I have tried a lot of short exercise routines on RUclips for stubborn thigh fat but this is by far the most effective for me. Its short but intense. I have seen changes within two weeks and will now try to switch it two rounds. Initially, you will find it hard but do not give up. Slow down the pace if you cannot but do not stop. All the best!
